La Palma Latina started the way most honest kitchens do — someone cooking for friends, then neighbors, then strangers who became regulars. The food was always the same: real ingredients, family recipes that predate the neighborhood, and a refusal to cut corners.
When we took the leap and opened on Jefferson Street in Logansport, we didn't change the menu. We just gave it a door. Everything you taste here is built the way we were taught — by hand, by memory, and with enough salt to make it matter.
